Based on our investigation and inspection of the top level of the building, concerns about structural adequacy were raised. The louvres were not structurally fixed and did not meet the required standards.
The ACP around the roof edge was not aligned with the facade. During the investigation, we identified MDF sheeting within the cavity behind the ACP panel, a combustible material that should not be used. Our team addressed these issues during the design stage to comply with fire safety regulations. We implemented appropriate solutions, including removing combustible material and replacing louvres with structurally sound alternatives.
