OUR STORY
Kyearn Architecture was founded by Kyearn Ngoi and King Keng Lee. With a passion for design and a desire to control projects from concept to completion, they thrive on balancing creative vision with commercial decision-making.
Their early work focused on residential alterations and additions. In 2021, they secured a position on the New South Wales government’s Cladding Remediation Suppliers panel, which enabled the studio’s growth.
Their first property development project, the Murdoch Residence in Turramurra, NSW, showcased their design skill and ability to deliver commercially successful projects. The firm’s residential projects have set street and suburb sales records, reflecting their commitment to excellence.
Since then, they have developed a growing portfolio of residential opportunities, expanded their development portfolio and delivered projects in the civic, industrial, workplace and hospitality sectors. The practice has developed a reputation for its clever and efficient space planning and striking architecture and interiors.
