After thoroughly investigating this 6 storey building, it was determined that its existing cladding was combustible and posed a significant fire risk.

Other issues like water ingress due to poor construction, inadequate weather and waterproofing, and insufficient drainage had resulted in mould growth and corrosion on the steel frame substrate. We developed a comprehensive solution including documenting a method for repairing the existing structure, improving the waterproofing, and addressing various other issues affecting the building’s performance.
