The Ann Tower is a striking architectural statement blending modern design with thoughtful integration into its urban environment. The 15-storey building consists of a sleek 12-storey vertical tower rising above a three-storey recessed podium, creating a dynamic visual balance that highlights both scale and proportion.
The tower façade features a modular design with a rhythmic pattern of reflective glass and vertical elements. This arrangement allows for natural light to permeate the interiors while ensuring energy efficiency. Strategic green spaces, such as landscaped terraces and vertical gardens, punctuate the façade, enhancing aesthetic appeal and contributing to environmental sustainability. These design choices make the structure not only visually impressive but also aligned with contemporary eco-conscious architectural practices.
The three-storey podium adopts a negative design concept, recessed beneath the tower to create a sense of openness at the street level. This design strategy enhances pedestrian accessibility and creates a welcoming entry plaza that seamlessly connects the building to its surroundings. The podium also incorporates retail and communal spaces, fostering a lively interaction between the building's users and the broader community.
The Ann Tower’s blend of innovative verticality, sustainable features, and active street-level engagement establishes it as a landmark in urban office design, perfectly suited to modern professional and environmental needs.
