The Belrose Aged Care Facility is a thoughtfully designed residence that sets a new standard for senior living, blending modern architectural elegance with functional, resident-centered care. Spanning five levels and accommodating 100 beds, the facility is designed to provide a welcoming, nurturing environment that prioritises comfort, community, and wellness.
Architecturally, the building harmonises contemporary aesthetics with natural elements, creating a warm and inviting exterior. The use of natural stone cladding and timber accents complements the surrounding landscape, while large, angular rooflines add a modern touch. Expansive windows are strategically placed to maximise natural light and offer serene views of the lush surroundings, fostering a sense of connection with nature.
Inside, the design focuses on creating a balance between privacy and community engagement. Private rooms are spacious and thoughtfully appointed with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and dignified living experience for residents. Common areas, such as lounges, dining spaces, and activity rooms, are designed with a focus on social interaction and accessibility.
Landscaped gardens and outdoor terraces provide spaces for relaxation and recreation, promoting physical and mental well-being. These areas are seamlessly integrated into the overall design, enhancing the facility’s tranquil atmosphere.
Belrose Aged Care Facility also incorporates sustainability and functionality with energy-efficient systems and thoughtful spatial planning that ensures ease of movement for residents and staff. This facility is more than just a care centre—it is a purpose-built community that fosters dignity, connection, and a high quality of life for its residents.
