Our Oasian Duo in Concord West demonstrates how thoughtful architectural design can create two distinct yet harmonious residences within a 682.9-square-meter site. The project combines sophisticated aesthetics with functional living spaces while maintaining strong connections between interior and exterior environments.

The architectural expression is defined by linear elements creating dynamic shadow patterns across the façade. Sleek aluminium battens provide contemporary elegance that extends from the exterior to interior details. Our carefully curated material palette pairs charcoal grey with natural timber tones and brick, allowing each material's inherent beauty to shine.

A dramatic staircase surrounded by full-height windows forms the heart of each residence, creating seamless connections to external courtyards that flood the interiors with natural light. This integration continues to the rear, where sunken gardens provide private outdoor retreats while maintaining visual separation between homes.

Each residence offers four bedrooms within efficiently planned layouts – Unit A providing 218.24 square meters and Unit B 207.58 square meters of living space. Privacy considerations influence every aspect of design, from the strategic positioning of entry points to the careful arrangement of windows and outdoor spaces.

The result is a pair of homes that feel both connected to their environment and protected from it, demonstrating how dual occupancy development can enhance rather than compromise neighborhood character through thoughtful design that balances sophistication with functionality and individual identity with harmonious coexistence.

  • "This project demonstrates how dual occupancy design can create two fully resolved homes that feel neither compromised nor repetitive. Through careful consideration of privacy, light and spatial flow, we've delivered residences that feel generous and individual while maintaining a cohesive architectural identity. The linear elements that define the façade are more than aesthetic – they establish a design language that threads through every aspect of the project, from the macro scale of the building form to the micro detail of internal joinery."
