All the envelopes, including the soffit, roof parapet, and balcony slab edge trim, were clad in ACP. The comprehensive application of ACP required extensive documentation and precise detailing, particularly at junction points and transitions between different architectural elements. Special attention was paid to the panel joint patterns, fixing methods, and waterproofing interfaces to ensure aesthetic excellence and long-term performance integrity.

The balustrades and louvres in this project were also not compliant with Australian standards. To address these issues, we have provided new fixing solutions with details that meet Australian standards.
