Nestled in Queensland's prestigious Sunshine Coast, the Hobbit residence draws inspiration from Tolkien's beloved fantasy dwellings, masterfully adapted to embrace its natural surroundings. This extraordinary home harmoniously follows the property's natural contours through innovative off-form concrete construction and thoughtful planning.
The home's most striking feature is its curved, living roof blanketed in native vegetation, creating a seamless transition between architecture and the coastal landscape's indigenous bushland and dune system. Inside, bespoke vaulted ceilings showcase acoustic plywood panels, adding both visual interest and acoustic refinement.
Spanning three levels, this architectural marvel offers exceptional living spaces. The upper level houses a garage, carport, workshop, and welcoming entry foyer, complemented by a private apartment accessible through the main entrance.
